There are no holds unless a deposit is made. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE UNLESS I CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. Deposits are transferrable ONE TIME, meaning if you have already rescheduled your appointment. I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment
